Ceramic plasma panels

Composite materials made of aluminum oxide and metal are used in plasma and measurement technology. Metallization and bonding with the Al₂O₃ substrate form the core technology. In plasma technology, it is used to ionize air, in measurement technology, for example, to measure resistances. Both require high-performance, durable metal-ceramic composites, the contacting of which can be integrated into the peripheral system by using hard or soft solder connections from Alumina Systems.
