Innovation Day: Alumina Systems presents possibilities of ceramic 3D printing
The possibilities of ceramic 3D printing were presented by Alumina Systems GmbH at the Innovation Day of the German Mittelstand. Matthias Freihart (picture, 3rd from left), who works in product and process development, outlined solutions developed by Alumina Systems together with the Fraunhofer Institute for Ceramic Technologies and Systems (IKTS). The "Zukunftsfestival" in Berlin demonstrated the inventiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises and illustrated the effectiveness of the technology-oriented innovation funding of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi). More than 300 companies, research institutions and cooperation networks from all over Germany presented new products, processes and services from a wide range of technology sectors and sectors, the development of which was financially supported by the technology-oriented innovation funding of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi).
