Dr. Holger Wampers (pictured above, 5th from left), managing partner of Alumina Systems GmbH in Redwitz an der Rodach, has succeeded Hans Püls on the Lichtenfels Chamber of Commerce and Industry committee.
As part of his appointment, the members of the committee took the opportunity to get to know the company better during an exclusive tour of the company. Alumina Systems impressed with its wide range of products and innovative technologies.
The company is active in numerous sectors, from medical technology to pipeline inspection to energy transmission. Particularly exciting: In Redwitz, work is being done on sodium nickel chloride battery cells – a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to lithium-based energy storage systems. This pioneering technology is scheduled to come onto the market from 2025.
The year 2023 also marks a milestone in the history of Alumina Systems: It was the company’s most successful year to date.
